If CanLII's databases lack an important decision, you can notify CanLii by using their FEEDBACK FORM. You will give them the decision's citation or other retrieving data such as the name of the court or tribunal, date, docket number and the judge's and parties' names. They will contact the issuing organization and request an electronic copy of the decision, if available.
