Jenn became an Authorized Court Transcriptionist in early 2019 and since then has completed hundreds of transcripts contracting full time with Videoplus Transcription and Reporting Services. While taking the ACT course, she worked at the Queen's University Law Clinics which provided her with exposure to many different areas of law and knowledge of the Ontario court system.
Prior to becoming an ACT, Jenn was an account director working in international marketing in the UK before taking a career break to be a stay-at-home mom and lived in Los Angeles. Although she and her husband no longer have kids at home, she does have three dogs who keep her company while she's working!
With excellent attention to detail, Jenn ensures every transcript meets the highest standards of accuracy. She is very experienced at typing matters from all courts including civil, family, criminal, as well as for appeal.
