AUDIO VIDEO PROOFER AND TYPIST
After many years of taking a break from working life and raising my children, I found myself wanting to re-enter the workforce. In 2018, I heard about VP Transcription Services and decided it was the job for me. That summer, I had one goal in mind and that was to teach myself how to type. In early 2019, I formally applied and entered as an Audio/Video typist. After about a year of typing, I started helping the team as a backup proofer. What we do here is important, and with my training as a former U.S. armed forces member, I understand the benefits of a team-oriented mindset and the necessity of a good work ethic. I currently perform the roles of typist and proofer where needed.
