Melissa Arsenault began her transcription path in 2022 by attending a course to enable her to be a licensed court transcriptionist. Having tried regular transcription both while in college studying opera performance, and earlier in the year of 2022, she found that this work balances well with her musical endeavours.
Melissa therefore chose to dig deeper into the transcription alongside her musical passion as her trained ear, having studied songs and arias in different languages, and good listening skills compliment very well what is needed as a court transcriptionist to create accurate and easy-to-follow documents.
Melissa hopes to continue to provide accurate and timely transcripts heading into the future that helps to expedite the process of the law, and looks forward to working with you!
