Kelly spent over 15 years building a career in the Transportation Industry. In 2021, she decided it was time to make a career change and became an Authorized Court Transcriptionist, and began contracting with Videoplus Transcription and Reporting Services. She has found the leap from one industry to the other to be quite challenging at times, but by taking the plunge and making a very different career change, becoming an ACT has provided a much greater balance in life. Kelly places great importance on her work ethic and she believes strongly in achieving a balance in all facets of life as much as possible. Kelly is very involved in the world of the bereaved. She is a facilitator for parents who have lost a child and is responsible for establishing, creating and facilitating the first, free children's grief program in Durham Region, through Bereaved Families of Ontario. Kelly is big fan of baseball and appreciates watching the game being played, at all ages!
