Francine worked as a court reporter for the Ministry of the Attorney General from 2003 until 2017. She has been typing court and audio and video transcripts since 2003 for the Ministry of the Attorney General. She has been typing court, audio and video transcripts with Videoplus since November 2012. She always ensures that the transcripts are prepared according to the guidelines set out by Arkley Professional Services, chosen by the Province of Ontario, to certify court transcripts.
